スパイクは、2012年2月2日発売予定のPS3/Xbox 360用ソフト「Dragon Age II」において、体験版を1月19日より配信することを発表した。
2012年1月19日よりPlayStation StoreおよびXbox Liveマーケットプレースにて配信される本体験版は、ゲームの冒頭部分がプレイ可能となっている。
