コードマスターズは、PS3/Xbox 360用ソフト「DiRT Showdown」において、本作に収録されたゲームモードやロケーションの情報を公開、また同時に最新のプロモーション映像も公開した。
モード
本作には、メインとなるキャリアモードにあたる「SHOWDOWN TOUR」、自由に走り回れる遊び場を提供する「JOYRIDE」、オンラインや分割スクリーンが楽しめる「MULTIPLAYER」、そして友達にタイムで挑戦する「CHALLENGE」の全4種類のモードが収録されている。
