2Kは、PC（Steam）版「ボーダーランズ3」の販売を2020年3月13日23時より全世界で開始すると発表した。
3月11日の朝からは、事前注文とプリロードも可能に。Steamからのプリロードを完了させておくと、3月13日23時からすぐにゲームを始められる。また、PCクロスプレイも可能。SteamとEpic Games Storeのどちらでゲームを購入したかに関係なく、他のPCプレイヤーと一緒にゲームを楽しむことができる。
