「ゴルフ PGAツアー 2K23」は、HB Studios開発によるゴルフシミュレーションゲーム。タイガー・ウッズ選手をはじめ、14名以上の実在選手が登場し、プロ選手の一人としてティーグラウンドに立つことや、「マイキャリア」モードで彼らと競い合うこともできる。
また、初心者もゲームに夢中になれるような、新たなカジュアルモードも搭載されるほか、「マイプレイヤー」モードには、個別のカスタマイズが復活し、さまざまなアパレルやギアを装備することが可能だ。
