「Ghostrunner 2」は、前作から1年後を舞台に、主人公のジャックが要塞都市「ダーマタワー」や広大な砂漠の荒野を駆け抜けるハードコアアクション。新たな力やアップグレード可能な能力と移動メカニクスを駆使し、最強のサイバー忍者となり、死線をくぐり抜けよう。
また、拡張されたストーリーでは、より深い世界観、そして新たな敵が登場し、前作からさらに進化したスタイリッシュなアクションバトルと、電光石火のハイスピードプレイを楽しめる。
