「Last Train Home」は、第一次世界大戦終結後が舞台のRTS。プレイヤーはチェコスロバキア兵を祖国へ帰還させるため、装甲列車に乗り込み広大なシベリアを横断することになる。
凍てつく環境、限られた資源、疲弊した兵士たちと、極限状態の中で部隊を維持し、凄惨な内戦が繰り広げられる大陸での旅路を乗り切ろう。
