エレクトロニック・アーツは、Tetris Company.とともに、パズルゲーム「テトリス」とRPGを融合した「テトリスモンスター」を、iOS向けに、2013年夏に配信すると発表した。
「テトリスモンスター」は、「テトリス」の歴史において初となる、日本人のためだけにEA日本スタジオで開発された、「テトリス」の完全新作。本作は日本のApp Storeにて、無料（アプリ内課金有り）で配信予定だ。
