KONAMIは、オンライン対戦サッカーゲーム「ワールドサッカー ウイニングイレブン アーケードチャンピオンシップ 2014」を、本日12月26日より全国アミューズメント施設にて順次稼働を開始する。
「ワールドサッカー ウイニングイレブン アーケードチャンピオンシップ 2014」では、前作までのオンライン対戦や家庭用コントローラーへの対応はそのままに、11月に発売された家庭用新作と同様の最新システムを搭載し、約250のチームデータを収録したシリーズ最新バージョンとなっている。
今作では、KONAMI独自のゲームエンジン「FOXエンジン」による美麗なグラフィックが解像度の高いワイドモニターで堪能できるため、アーケードゲームならではの臨場感を楽しむことが可能だ。
また、アジア方面のクラブの充実により“Jリーグチーム”の仕様が可能になっているほか、地域ごとのチャンピオンを決定する「代表選抜戦」モードなども備わっているので、これまでにないプレイスタイルを味わうことができるぞ！
独自の「FOXエンジン」により、サッカーが生まれ変わる！
今作では、11月に発売された家庭用「ウイニングイレブン 2014」と同様に、“FOXエンジン”が搭載されているため、選手の表情や汗、各スタジアムの雰囲気、光の反射の仕方などが細かに再現されたグラフィックや、人間の重心移動を計算してリアルに動く選手、3人目以上の選手が連動するチームプレーなど、これまで以上のリアルサッカーが楽しめ、またそれに見合った駆け引きを堪能することが可能だ。
アジアのクラブも充実し、Jリーグチームも使える！
今回、欧州の強豪クラブや世界各国の代表チームに加え、Jリーグを愛してやまないユーザーに向け、「AFC CHAMPIONS LEAGUE」チームが新たに搭載されている。ここではJリーグの上位4クラブを使用可能となっているので、手に汗握るアジア戦をアーケード版で再現することができるぞ。

今作のオンラインリーグでは、試合を行うごとに優秀な選手がもらえることもあり、初心者でも気軽になおかつ目標を持って楽しむことが可能だ。また、強さを追求する人にオススメなのが、勝利の証である代表選抜メダルを奪い合い頂点を目指す「代表選抜戦」モード。ここでは、都道府県代表や店舗代表など地域毎の代表が誕生するため、環境に即した楽しみを味わえるぞ。
