「レインボーシックス エクストラクション」は、「レインボーシックス」に登場するオペレーターを使用して未知のエイリアンとの戦いを描くCOOPシューター。最大3人のプレイヤーによる協力プレイが楽しめる。ニューメキシコで起こった事件によってパラサイトが進化した存在に様々な兵器を用いて対抗していく。
