「ルミネス エレクトロニック・シンフォニー」は、ブロックを消すたびに音を奏でることのできる音楽パズルゲームだ。落ちてくるブロックを操作して、同じ色や模様が4つ以上そろった四角形をつくるだけの簡単なルールで楽しめる。
ブロックを動かすたび、消すたびに鳴るサウンドがBGMとシンクロし、まるで自分が音楽を演奏しているような感覚でプレイできる。
本作ではタッチによる直観的な操作が可能となり、よりリアルに音楽を演奏している感覚が味わえる。また、アドホックモードによる2人対戦も可能だ。
