10月5（土）
12:20～16:30：少年の部 本大会 A～H ブロック 及び 敗者復活タイムトライアル
各ブロック最大12名の個人戦でレースを行い、上位1名が決勝大会に出場。各ブロックの敗退者はタイムトライアルに参加することができ、タイム上位4名が決勝大会に出場。
17:00～19:40：一般の部 本大会 A～D ブロック
各ブロック県代表2名で構成される12チームでレースを行い、上位3チームが決勝大会に出場。
10月6（日）
9:15～10:05：少年の部 本大会 決勝
各ブロック上位1名及びタイムトライアル上位4名による決勝大会。
10:05～11:15：一般の部 本大会 決勝
各ブロック上位3チームによる決勝大会。
