KONAMIは、iOS/Android用アプリ「ワールドサッカーコレクションS」において、新レアリティカードの追加を含むアップデートを実施した。
今回のアップデートに合わせて、アイコンが香川真司選手に一新された。
さらに新レアリティカード「Grand Club Star（以下、GCS）」が追加。第1弾として、世界最高レベルのスター選手を多数抱える名門「FC バルセロナ」に所属するメッシ選手や、マスチェラーノ選手、同じくイングランドのビッグクラブ「アーセナルFC」に所属するラムジー選手やエジル選手などが追加された。今後も多数のビッグクラブがGCSとして追加予定だ。
「FC バルセロナ」「アーセナルFC」所属選手の新レアリティカードが追加！
新レアリティカードのGCSとはクラブ限定の新レアリティとなり、一部選手は新登場のSランクチームスキルを所持している。またGCSカード追加に伴い、★4、★5、NDGのガチャの排出確率も増加された。
