ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントは、PlayStation Presents「PLAY! PLAY! PLAY!」の特別イベントとして、PS5を試遊できる催しを、新潟駅吹き抜け広場「ガタリウム」イベントスペースにて8月2日に開催する。
本イベントでは2025年8月1日に発売となる「鬼滅の刃 ヒノカミ血風譚2」に加え、「アストロボット」、「はじめてのグランツーリスモ」の3タイトルの試遊が行われる。なお、試遊に関しては事前受付はなく、先着順となるそうだ。
また、会場では特製ステッカーの配布や、ゲームを試遊することでPlayStation 30周年特製トランプが貰えるとのこと。
