THQ Nordic Japanは、PS VR2版「Townsmen VR」を本日2月22日に発売した。
本作は、13の島と群島からなる世界を舞台に小さな町をどんどん大きくしていく町づくりVRシミュレーション。牛、羊、鶏などを飼育したり、ハンターはウサギやシカなどの野生生物を狩ったり、農場を作ったりして食べ物を確保していく。敵国の攻撃や海賊の襲撃に備える必要もあるので、兵士を雇い、大砲やカタパルトを準備して町を守ろう。
ストーリーモードでクエストをクリアしたり、サンドボックスモードで制限なくプレイすることも可能。バーチャルリアリティの世界で、神様視点の町づくりを楽しもう。
