ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントは、映像「『グランツーリスモ7』PlayStation VR2 開発インタビュー」を公開した。
本映像では、「グランツーリスモ」シリーズプロデューサーの山内一典氏が、「グランツーリスモ7」PS VR2モードが、いかにしてこの圧倒的没入感を実現しているのか、プレイヤーがどのようなリアルな体験を楽しめるのかについて語る。
