ユービーアイソフトは、iOS/Android向けアプリ「ハングリーシャーク ワールド」を、2016年5月5日よりApp StoreおよびGoogle Playにて配信する。
「ハングリーシャーク ワールド」は。ユービーアイソフトのスタジオの一つであるFuture Games of London（FGOL）が開発し、全世界で累計2億3000万ダウンロードされたアクションゲーム「ハングリーシャーク エボリューション」の続編だ。
あの凶悪なサメが世界を舞台に帰還。獲物を食べ続け、できるだけ長く生き残ろう。
今回、本作のアナウンスメントトレーラーが公開。またGoogle Playでは事前登録がスタートした。事前登録すると、アプリがリリースされたときに端末へ通知が届く。
