PLAIONは、PS5/PS4/Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One/Nintendo Switch/PC用ソフト「異夢迷都 果てなき螺旋」を2023年3月10日に発売すると発表した。価格は5,478円（税込）。
「異夢迷都 果てなき螺旋」は、JPRPにインスパイアされた近未来風ミステリーRPGだ。今回の発売日発表を記念して、新たなトレーラーが公開され、予約受付も開始となった。トレーラーでは、本作に登場する私立探偵の別の側面を見ることができる。
また初回限定版には2種類のゲームアイテム特典が収録予定で、詳細は近日公開予定となっている。
