KONAMIは、2014年5月22日発売予定のPS3/PSP/ニンテンドー3DS用ソフト「ワールドサッカー ウイニングイレブン 2014 蒼き侍の挑戦」について、5月16日より「オレJAPAN、出陣！キャンペーン」および「夢を力に2014 サッカー日本代表戦応援イベント」を実施する。
「オレJAPAN、出陣！キャンペーン」
本企画は、サッカー日本代表チームへの応援の輪を日本中に広げるため、「ウイニングイレブン」公式ソーシャルアカウント（フェイスブック、ツイッター）にて実施されるもの。
メンバー選出から戦術設定に至るまで、思い通りにサッカー日本代表をプレイできる「蒼き侍の挑戦」をテーマに、「オレJAPANで世界に挑むための”キーワード”」や「オレJAPANで世界に勝つための“フォーメーション”」を募集し、参加者には抽選で各種プレゼントを贈呈していくとのことだ。
「夢を力に2014 サッカー日本代表戦応援イベント」
世界への挑戦を間近に控えたサッカー日本代表を応援する「夢を力に2014 サッカー日本代表戦応援イベント」が、5月16・17・18日に東京ミッドタウンが開催され、同社は本イベントに協賛として参画することとなった。本イベントのトークセッションでは、元プロサッカー選手・名波浩氏や宮本恒靖氏をスペシャルゲストに迎え、サッカー日本代表戦に向けた想いについて語っていくとのことだ。
