2KとFiraxis Gamesは、2019年2月14日に発売を予定しているPC版「シドマイヤーズ シヴィライゼーション VI」の拡張パック「嵐の訪れ」について、新リーダー・フェニキアの情報を公開した。
カルタゴの創設者にして初代女王であるディードーに導かれたフェニキアは、海を制しようとするプレイヤーに向いた文明です。首都を遷都できるディードーの固有能力と組み合わせると、フェニキアは他の文明が適応できない状況にも簡単に対処できます。
