Private DivisionとPanache Digital Gamesは、PS4/Xbox One用ダウンロードソフト「Ancestors:The Humankind Odyssey」を2019年12月6日に発売すると発表、予約受付を開始した。価格は4,400円（税込）。
「Ancestors:The Humankind Odyssey」は、人類の祖先となって新第三紀のアフリカを探索する3人称視点のサバイバルゲーム。過酷な世界で、プレイヤーはテリトリーを拡大し、進化して、ある世代から次の世代へと⼀族を発展させていく。本作は進化・発見・サバイバルをベースにしたシステムとなっており、生き残るには多様な地形や環境、捕食動物に関する知識を蓄えつつ、新たな能力を次世代に継承していく必要がある。
